Several celebs showed up for the launch of Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe’s film Ada Omo Daddy dressed in unusual traditional garb.
The movie depicts an unstable household after a lady unexpectedly calls her long-lost ex-husband, IFEANYI, on the day of her daughter’s debut.
As the wedding day approaches, Ifeanyi exerts pressure on Ireti because he is eager to meet his daughter and walk her down the aisle.
The world falls apart for the bride Perosola when she finds out that her loving father is not actually her biological father. She is left divided between her loyalty to the man who nurtured her and her newfound kinship with her father.
The movie codirected by Akay Mason and Adebayo Tijani stars Mercy Aigbe, Taiwo Adeyemi, Sola Sobowale, Omowunmi Dada, Nkechi Blessing, Wumi Toriola, Debbie Shokoya, Charles Okafor, amongst other prominent celebrities.
“Ada Omo Daddy,” which is distributed by Cinemax, will open in theatres in Nigeria on December 15, 2023.
Tuesday night’s IMAX movie premiere of Mercy Aigbe’s much-anticipated film Ada Omo Daddy drew a large number of well-known celebrities.
