In his post, Ephie shared images of his sign-out shirt, which bore the inscription “2011-2023. God Did!” He explained that his extended stay of 12 years at the university was primarily due to a specific incident he referred to as “that Sunday night.”

Ephie recounted how ABUAD’s administration had accused him of involvement in the February 2016 riot on campus, which resulted in the destruction of property worth millions of naira. He was accused of being associated with the riot group responsible for damaging the university’s infrastructure.

Despite the challenges he faced during his extended academic journey, Ephie celebrated his graduation as a significant achievement.
