Nathan John Feuerstein, popularly referred to as NF, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter and record producer. He drops this song titled ‘The Search’.

On the song, NF discusses his inner conflicts and how he handles stardom. The song’s message is similar to that of his 2018 hit “WHY,” and both music videos feature easter eggs like balloons and a shopping cart.

The cage that served as NF’s recurring theme throughout his Perception album and was prominently displayed on the album cover is seen breaking free in the music video.

The fourth album’s lead single and title tune, “The Search,” is NF’s first release of the year.
