Lauren Wendy Sánchez (born December 19, 1969), professionally known as Lauren Sanchez, is a prominent American journalist, TV host, actress, pilot, and businesswoman. She is best known for anchoring the Fox network show So You Think You Can Dance.
She has served as a correspondent for entertainment programs such as Showbiz Tonight and Larry King Live. She was honored with an Emmy for her efforts as a media personality. She has played a number of cameo parts in films and television programs.
