
Rose May, an Austrian-Nigerian singer and sister of Real Madrid player David Alaba, recently revealed that she did not have a strong passion for school during her upbringing. She expressed that academics were not her area of interest.
In a recent interview with Joy Prime TV in Accra, Ghana, Rose May shared that she had never aspired to pursue professions like nursing or medicine. Instead, she always had a deep passion for music and never dreamt of pursuing any other career path.
Rose May described herself as a highly creative individual, with a strong influence on her music videos and fashion choices. She explained that she thrives in creative endeavors and does not resonate with a typical office environment. Academic pursuits were not aligned with her interests and passions.
The singer acknowledged the significant influence of her father, George Alaba, who is a veteran musician, in her musical journey. Additionally, she described her elder brother, David Alaba, as a “living legend.” Rose May expressed immense pride in David’s achievements as a highly acclaimed footballer, considering him to be the greatest of all time (GOAT).
