
Ambassador Abayomi Nurain Mumuni, a prominent member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State, has expressed his support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s decision to remove fuel subsidy. In a statement released to celebrate the Eid-el-Kabir festival, Mumuni urged Muslims to be grateful for the opportunity to witness the occasion.
Mumuni emphasized the need for Nigerians to endure the reform policies introduced by the Tinubu-led administration, particularly regarding the subsidy. He believed that Tinubu’s decision to remove the subsidy was the right one and that these game-changing policies would ultimately benefit everyone.
Additionally, Mumuni extended his well-wishes to the Muslim community, congratulating those who were performing the hajj rites in Saudi Arabia. He prayed for Allah to accept their acts of worship, forgive their sins, grant their prayers, and ensure their safe return home.
