Yes The biggest album from Africa is about to drop, “African Giant” is the latest incoming album from Burna Boy.
Burna Boy has had an exceptional run for a little over a year now, exceeding himself with each new release and each new project.
This year alone, he has released four videos, one song, and one EP. Crowning all of that, he made his Coachella debut early this week.
All of this is exactly why the title ’African Giant’ is extremely apt for his forthcoming album. Contributors and executives from record labels, radio, Spotify, YouTube, the film and media industry and clubs converged at a private location in Los Angeles, California, for an early listening party of what many described as ”Burna’s best album yet”.
In true Burna Boy style, the listening quickly turned into a house party as guests got caught up in the music. While 21 tracks were played at the party, only 16 will make it on the African Giant album.
Jidenna, Wale, and Akon were among the artistes who showed up to support Burna Boy, each of them giving glowing reviews of what they heard. How will Burna Boy surpass his past victories? We’ll have to wait until August when the ’African Giant’ album drops.

The 27 year old British Jamaican rapper, singer Stefflon Don shared some raunchy photos on her instagram recently and they are smashing hot.

YouTube yesterday 26 march 2019 launched its Spotlight Story documentary on Nigerian Afro-fusion singer and songwriter Burna Boy. Having catapulted to fame with the 2012 release of his single “Like to Party”, Burna Boy has become one of the leading musical voices on the African continent and an international YouTube sensation.
The 18-minute documentary, which can be viewed below, was launched at an exclusive watch party and tells the story of the rise of AfroBeats and the role YouTube has played, through Burna Boy’s eyes. Additionally, the video sees Burna Boy and his manager, Bose Ogulu (who just happens to be his mum), sharing some of his coming-of-age stories.
This is not the first time YouTube has built a story around Burna Boy. In October 2018, he got an ‘Artist on the Rise’ feature on theYouTube for Artists web page
