Popular actor and content creator, Debo Adedayo, professionally known as Mr. Macaroni, has been awarded an honourary doctorate degree in Creative Writing at Precious Cornerstone University in Ibadan, Oyo State.
The honor was conferred upon him during the institution’s 2nd Convocation Ceremony for Awards of Degrees and Prizes on Saturday, November 11.
Mr. Macaroni took to his Twitter page to share the exciting news, expressing deep gratitude for the prestigious recognition
The skit-maker posted pictures from the vibrant ceremony, showcasing the joyous occasion with followers and fans.

“I am deeply honored to be considered worthy at the discretion of the Senate and Council of The Precious Corner Stone University Ibadan to be deemed deserving of public recognition and award of the prestigious degree of DOCTOR OF CREATIVE WRITING (HONORIS CAUSA).
“I am grateful to God Almighty for his blessings and favor, the Council, staff and students of Precious Corner Stone University Ibadan, my family, friends and all supporters of Mr. Macaroni.
“To the millions of people out there pursuing their dreams and working hard daily to achieve these aspirations, don’t stop, don’t relent! You will be celebrated!”

Adebowale David Ibrahim Adedayo, a native of Ogun State, was born in Ogudu, Lagos to an upper-middle-class, Islamic and Christian family in May 1993.
He attended Tendercare International Nursery and Primary School in Ojota, Ogudu, which is presently located in Magodo, Isheri, where he grew up.
After completing his elementary schooling, he attended Babcock University High School for his secondary education.
In 2009, he was admitted to Lead University, Ibadan, where he studied law, but was forced to quit in his second year due to an accreditation problem.
Adedayo was a law student at Houdegbe North American University, Cotonou, in the Republic of Benin in 2011, but he was forced to leave before receiving his degrees owing to his outspoken character and commitment to justice.
mr macaroni decided not to finish his education after leaving Cotonou and instead pursue his acting career seriously.
His parents encouraged him to complete his studies, despite his appearances in a few films and sitcoms.
This time, he decided to pursue Theatre Arts (his self-proclaimed first love) and was accepted to Afe Babalola University in Ado Ekiti, Ekiti.
Several reasons, however, prevented him from completing his schooling. Debo was admitted to Redeemer’s University Nigeria, Osun State, in 2013 and graduated in 2018 with a degree in Theatre Arts and Film Studies.

Adedayo began his career as a Nollywood actor before releasing comedy videos. He stated in an interview with Punch Nigeria that he has been a film and soap opera actor for many years.
He stated that movie parts ceased to be available at some point, and it took him some time to decide to pursue online humor.
Africa is the subject of Adedayo’s humor, which focuses on actual events and problems. He consistently assumes the position of a sugar daddy.
In an interview with the Nigerian Tribune, he explained that he chose the role of a sugar daddy because it symbolizes a large proportion of males who lack self-control.

Nigeria comedy actor, Mr Macaroni has revealed the new trick used by kidnappers to abduct people across the country.
The rate of kidnappings has been on a high in Nigeria recently, with people having to pay heavy ransoms to secure their release.
Taking to his Twitter page, Debo Adebayo said that his friend’s mum was almost kidnapped on December 2 as he advised people on how to stay safe.
Mr Macaroni also lamented government’s lack to secure lives and properties, as he advised people not to come down from their vehicles when triggered by another driver while traveling, as the person might be a kidnapper.
