Simisola Kosoko professionally known as Simi, has disclosed what she would love to be remembered for.
This was disclosed this in a recent question and answer session on her Instagram page.
A fan asked
What would you like to be remembered for? Aside music ofcourse

According to her, when she is gone, she would love to be remembered for being a genuine, good person
During same question and answer session, she revealed to an inquisitive fan the very reason why she has been hiding her baby’s face.
Simisola Ogunleye, simply known as Simi has finally revealed why she’s hiding her daughter’s face.
Recall that few months ago, Simi and Adekunle Gold welcomed a baby girl.
The adorable baby who inspired Simi’s hit song “Duduke” was subsequently named Adejare Ogunleye or simply called Deja.

A fan ask why she has refused to disclose her baby’s face to her fans.
Why don’t you want to show your babies face?
Simi replied
Because she deserves her privacy.
Simi, has prayed for a fan who is married but unable to have a baby for about 5 years.
The singer had taken to her social media page to engage her fans in a question and answer session.
While sorting out questions and replying those she deemed necessary, the singer was touched to see a message from a fan that has been looking for fruit of the womb for about five years now.

The unidentified fan asked simi to say a word of prayer for her.
Simi I’ve been married almost 5 years and trying to have a child, say a word of prayer for me”, the fan’s message reads.
Simi replied,
I pray that you will carry your child. And the laughter of your babe(s) will fill your home. You are fruitful, in Jesus name
Simi wrote on Instgram;
Well, 2 years on government paper and 7 years since I gree for you, you lucky man. Through a pregnancy. With a baby we’re both unashamedly obsessed with. Through a pandemic. And it’s still you. I’ve never had to wonder if you’re in my corner. You’re still the best man I know. You should have been your own best man (don’t leave me).
One of my favorite things about you is that you’re a really, really good person. I like you a lot. I’m so proud to know you and be your wife. I pray that God continues to be the foundation of our marriage and home.
I love you Kunle Kosoko. Now, forever and one extra day, and then another, and then another, and then another, ati bębę lo… Happy Anniversary Baby PS: My wedding was totally the best wedding party I’ve ever been in my life. Lol.

In return, Adekunle Gold shared a heartwarming story of how he met Simi, seven years ago, whom he has now been married to for two years.
I look back to the first day I met you. I had just left the office, so excited that you had finally given me the audience to see you.
This local boy put on a white byc vest and a pair of new lilac pants bought specially for the occasion; I even made sure I was there earlier so I had front row seats.
Watched you talk, sing, laugh and dance and Omo I knew that very day that I wanted to be in your life. Knew that day that I wanted my forever to be you. Here we are, all three of us, talking, dancing, singing, laughing and doing this this called life together.
With you, I have been blessed with so much, so much, it’s too much to count.
I love you Simi. Forever your steward.

“Duduke” crooner Simi has vowed to deal up anyone who bullies her daughter Adejare, Igbere TV reports.
The 32-year-old said this on Instastories on Friday.

She said she does not care if the person is two years old.
Deja still has sometime before she goes to school, buy I wanted to tell you down- if your baby is a bully pls don’t take him/her to Deja’s school.
Because I will fight and also arrange boys to beat any thug that near my child. Be you two years old or more.
Simi and her husband Adekunle Gold welcomed their daughter Adejare in May.
They got married in a private ceremony in December 2019.
This is seen from their constant social media bants and romantic pictures that has been going round.
Displaying their strong bond, Simi took to Twitter in the early hours of Friday,
New Year’s Day to tag her husband saying that he must grant her every wish on the first day of the year.

The ‘Something Different’ crooner being a good husband simply replied her tweet thus:

Simi has gifted the sum of N200K to a lady who appreciated her husband’s gesture of buying a Christmas chicken.
One Aribisala Blessing had taken to social media yesterday to shower praises on her husband for being the best after coming home with a live chicken.

Simi announced that an anonymous individual offered to credit the lady in question N200k as a token of appreciation.
Quoting Blessing’s tweet, Simi wrote;
Someone had sent 200k as a donation for #aSmileForChristmas before I had announced it wouldn’t be holding this year. I was going to send it back, but just asked now if it would be okay to send it to you instead. He said yes. So Merry Christmas.
Stop comparing celebrities, Let us breathe – Simi
Nigerian singer took to her Instagram story and addressed people always comparing celebrities and causing Rivalries.
According to her, people should stop comparing Mr A and Mr B as they are all just trying to eat.
In her words,“So many people are hung up on “Mr A is better than Mr B” when both of them are just trying to eat. You yourself, are you better than anybody or you’re just a moderator of other people’s successes? Everybody can win. Love the one that you love and let people breathe.”

The married singer and mother of Adejare set the internet on fire with a video she shared on her verified Instagram page on Monday, December 7.
Sharing the video which captured her in a cozy position with a teenage boy, Simi wrote, “Wachu doing on Friday? Cos I just wanna be there for you.”
The short video which appears to be a snippet from a recent music video shoot has generated mixed reactions from the singer’s fans and followers on Instagram. Majority of those who commented on the post feared that the singer’s husband, Adekunle Gold might not take the video lightly.
