The 24-year-old singer, who disclosed that she was no longer signed to YBNL record label on Instagram, engaged in a question and answer session with her fans recently.
She asked her fans to ask her any question about her new album “E be like say dem swear for me”.
A number of her followers decided to quiz her about her former boss, Olamide and why she is still using the label name.
A fan said, “Oya remove YBNL for ur name nau.”
In response, Temmie Ovwasa said she owns the name “YBNL Princess”.

The news was made known by the artist himself via his instastory where he wrote:
“Unto the next one #NewNationmuzik #DavoleeWay #NewFamily”.
Speaking about the issue, an inside source opened up that Davolee may have moved on to another record label, New Nation Muzik, due to his dissatisfaction with the way he was managed at his former label as the sources revealed he was never offered a real contract.
Davolee’s affiliation to YBNL was made public in 2017 after which he featured Olamide in his 2017-hit “Oya Gbeff” he also featured in Olamide’s 2017-monster hit jam “Pepper Dem Gang”
